My Motto: Come as you are, and leave feeling better than you were.
Hi! My name is LOUDIA!
I’m so thrilled you are here and I’d love to tell you a little about myself.
I’m the youngest of 8 children with 14 nieces and nephews. (Crazy I KNOW!)
I grew up on a pig farm just outside of Lethbridge, AB. Growing up, I was always on the go, I played trumpet in the School Band and Jazz Band. Cello in the youth orchestra, soccer, and Track and Field.
I love photography, hiking, and all things food - both cooking and eating!
Track and Field took off around the 9th grade and in University I accepted a Full Track Scholarship to the University of Southern California (FIGHT ON TROJANS!). I graduated from USC in 2014 with a B.A. in Psychology.
I later became a personal trainer, track coach at the RDC in Red Deer, and a server for several years, until I pivoted my career in 2020 during COVID.
I attended the Alberta College of Massage Therapy here in Red Deer and am now an RMT practicing under the business name FLEX AND FLOW MASSAGE!
I love massage and with my background in sports, fitness, and coaching massage was a natural fit for me.
I’m trained in instrument-assisted massage tools known as muscle scraping and/or gua sha. I love the results I get from these treatments, especially for clients with acute or chronic injuries. I do a lot of deep tissue and myofascial massage as well. I’m continuing to learn, and grow my practice and find the best techniques and tools in my practice for my clients. I look forward to adding new techniques such as cupping, kinetic, and PNF massage to my practice in the future.
I love helping my clients and even introducing massage to a lot of people who’ve never gone in for a massage. So if you are new to massage, or a seasoned relaxer book today!
Looking forward to meeting you.

Specialized certifications
Full Orthopedic Assessment
Massage practitioners are increasingly called upon to treat various pain and injury conditions, and in many instances act as primary providers. This is a great benefit and a tremendous responsibility. Assessment is a valuable part of practice, especially for anyone seeing clients with pain or injury conditions.
IASTM
Loudia completed her Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization at the prohealthsys course in Edmonton Alberta. IASTM is an instrument-assisted variation of traditional cross-fiber or transverse friction massage. IASTM treatments increase your specificity and dosage by 36x. The IASTM instruments consist of stainless steel tools of various sizes and contours. IASTM is a form of treatment used to “break up” or “soften” scar tissue, thus allowing for the return of normal function in the area being treated.
Cupping
Cupping along with other myofascial techniques is one of the many tools that will be offered at Flex and Flow Massage. Cupping therapy is an ancient healing method that may ease back pain, neck pain, headaches, and other issues. It uses suction to pull on your skin and increase blood flow to the affected area. Cupping is a great technique that will be sure to produce a lot of benefits for our clients.
